Routine Maintenance Of Heavy Hammer Crusher

The heavy hammer crusher is a new type of crushing equipment, which is suitable for crushing various medium-hardness and brittle materials. In building materials, metallurgy, chemical industry and thermal power generation industry, it is mainly used for crushing coal, coal gangue, sandstone, shale, limestone, gypsum and other minerals. In order to ensure its normal operation, the operator must operate in strict accordance with the regulations and do a good job in the maintenance of the equipment.

(1) Contact the upper and lower processes related to the machine before starting and stopping, and carry out the correct operation according to the sequence of starting and stopping.

(2) The equipment shall be started with no load. Before starting, ensure that there is no material in the crushing chamber. Similarly, before stopping, ensure that all materials are broken and there is no residual material in the crushing chamber.

(3) Always check the bolts on the equipment and tighten them in time if they are loose.

(4) Frequently check the use of wearing parts such as hammer head and lining plate, and timely deal with any problems found. The hammer head of the heavy hammer crusher is generally made of chrome alloy, which is the professional technology and wear-resistant metal parts in China at present. Never try to choose the inferior hammer head cheaply. Choose the good hammer head, and the profit is much cheaper than the former.

(5) Always check the lubrication condition and keep the lubrication system in good condition. The temperature of the rotor bearing shall be kept below 60 ℃, and the high temperature shall not exceed 70 ℃. If the temperature is found, the cause shall be found out and measures shall be taken to eliminate it in time. Fill the bearing with lubricating oil after every 8 hours of operation; Change the lubricating oil once every month to three months, and carefully clean the bearing with gasoline or kerosene when changing the oil.

(6) When working, keep the feeding uniform, and pay attention not to let metal debris enter the crushing chamber.

(7) Pay attention to check whether the discharge particle size meets the quality requirements. If not, replace the grate bar or adjust the height of the grate bar bracket.

(8)After all the crushers are bought back, they cannot be kept working for profit. The equipment and people need rest time, so according to the strength of the crushed materials, it is very necessary to stop the equipment and adjust the rest after a period of work.
